POLICIES and FAQ

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR AN ORDER?

I require a minimum of one week's notice for all orders. For orders larger than 3 dozen, I require at least 2 weeks notice. A RUSH order fee of  $8/ dozen will be applied to all orders requested less than a week in advance, if I am able to accommodate the order. This applies to both macarons and sugar cookies.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR ORDERS?

 I require a minimum of 50% deposit to confirm the order and the remaining 50% due before delivery or pick up. You are welcome to pay the full balance to confirm your order as well. If your deposit is not paid within 48 hours of the order request, it is not considered confirmed and I will NOT fulfill the order. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, and all major credit/debit cards through Square. An invoice will be sent to the provided email or phone number if Square is the preferred payment method. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

I only offer refunds on UNFULFILLED orders that are cancelled at least one week in advance of the event. For weddings or large event orders, I will only refund the remaining balance if the order is cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to the event. I do not offer refunds on orders that have been picked up or delivered. For any issues with orders please reach out to me directly.

SUGAR COOKIE DESIGN POLICY:

I cannot guarantee that the colors, designs, or characters will be the exact likeness of the inspiration photos given for the order. I do not intend to copy other peoples work, I will use it simply as inspiration for your order. I will NOT offer refunds based on the information stated above. Please reach out to me directly with any issues with your order.

PICK UP AND DELIVERY POLICY:

Pick up is in the Richmond/Katy area- address will be given once order is confirmed and payment has been received.  Pick up times are after 5:30 pm on weekdays and will be determined per order on weekends. 

Delivery is an additional $10 per 20 miles outside of 77406.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?

Macarons are naturally gluten free since they're made of egg whites, almond flour, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar.  I am a home-based bakery so I cannot guarantee that there is no cross contamination. Some of the fillings may have gluten depending on the flavor so reach out if you may have any sensitivities. My sugar cookies are not gluten free.

HOW DO I STORE MY MACARONS?

Macarons can be kept at room temperature for a couple of days. They are usually filled with a ganache or buttercream filling, so I do always recommend keeping them refrigerated until you're ready to enjoy them. That way the fillings stay firm and don't squish out the sides when you eat them. They can be kept in the refrigerator for a week and can also be frozen for up to a few months if needed. Allow them to get to room temperature for the perfect bite.

HOW DO I STORE MY SUGAR COOKIES?

Sugar cookies can be kept at room temperature for up to two weeks. If they aren't going to be eaten in that time frame, I recommend freezing them for up to 3 months.  Allow them to get to room temperature for the perfect bite.

DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL PACKAGING FOR EVENTS OR BUSINESSES?

If you would like to have specific packaging for your macarons, be sure to indicate in your order request. I am happy to create something special for you and try to accommodate most requests!
